I did not feel either of my babies move until I was 22 weeks!! I was beginning to get really worried the first time because everybody said it would be 16 - 18 weeks. The second time I knew it would happen when it was ready. Believe me they made up for it once they started.

It's so different for every woman, depending on how thin you are, etc. This is my second pregnancy also, and I started feeling little movements at 12 weeks or so, and the first noticeable kick was at around 15-16 weeks. I'm fourteen weeks and I've been feeling the fluttering for about 2 weeks. I don't care what others say. This is my third and I KNOW what it feels like. Especially if I'm bending over or leaning against something I feel it even stronger. Maybe I just have a sensitive uterus? With my first two I didn't feel them till about 16 weeks.
