I am 23 weeks pregnant with #2, and I started to feel the baby move at 16 weeks. Every woman's body & pregnancy are different, but most babies are felt around 16-20 weeks. Being your second pregnancy, you will know the feeling right away, where in the first pregnancy it takes most women a few days to realize they are feeling the baby.

on the right of the day, it is your determination and all and sundry can do is furnish their opinion and adventure in this concern. in my opinion, i does not abort as i do not see Down's syndrome as a severe adequate incapacity to justify it. In yet another 2 weeks, your toddler is obtainable and stands a superb chance of survival outdoors of the womb. various little ones have survived in neonatal wide care units from 22 weeks gestation onwards. at the same time as there are some well-being complications each and every now and then linked with the syndrome, countless Downs little ones stay quite satisfied lives. i have standard various in my existence and that i can actually say that they were a lot happier than countless the unaffected little ones i recognize. also they are very loving. My mum is conscious a Downs woman in her late 1920s who's actual an actress and has her own residence. i'd propose you verify with a counsellor previously doing something drastic as they are independent and would furnish some really solid suggestion. as well to this, you would possibly want to bypass and see your physician and locate out what worrying for a baby with Downs actual includes. on the right of the day, this remains your toddler. Abortion isn't something to be taken gently and would reason you everlasting psychological damage. in case you confirm to proceed mutually with your being pregnant, even if it really is complicated or not, you'll adjust to having a baby who needs somewhat more desirable care. i am hoping you deal with to attain a call that you're pleased with and desire you all the perfect for the destiny.

I did not feel either of my babies move until I was 22 weeks!! I was beginning to get really worried the first time because everybody said it would be 16 - 18 weeks. The second time I knew it would happen when it was ready. Believe me they made up for it once they started.

It's so different for every woman, depending on how thin you are, etc. This is my second pregnancy also, and I started feeling little movements at 12 weeks or so, and the first noticeable kick was at around 15-16 weeks. I am 20 weeks today, and I feel strong kicking all the time! In fact, it keeps me awake at night. You'll probably feel it very soon. Good luck, and congrats!

I'm fourteen weeks and I've been feeling the fluttering for about 2 weeks. I don't care what others say. This is my third and I KNOW what it feels like. Especially if I'm bending over or leaning against something I feel it even stronger. Maybe I just have a sensitive uterus? With my first two I didn't feel them till about 16 weeks.

With my son I felt him move around 14 weeks.

With my daughter I did not feel her move until about 20 weeks. I had an anterior placenta. (placenta in the front)

So I had 2 different experiences with both of my pregnancies.
