scars and wounds so deep
sweaty shirts, blood-stained dirt
our brothers who have fallen
our sisters whos tears are calling
many hate in the name of love
and forget to love in the name of hate
war is raw; backwards and stale
but may we prosper; in the name of the holy grail

to me the holy grail is the unattainable. A symbol of faith in the unknown. A reason to push forward even when there is no light to guide us.

Some of the rhymes seem forced, but there is one line I like alot...
many hate in the name of love

Here is another poem:
No Bush means No war,
Bush mind is raw which brings war,
Sweaty pants n southern accent,
y would ppl vote n criticise,
n vote n criticise again repeatedly,
is it hatred in the name of love?
or loving in the name of hate?

I really like your poem. It has a lot of feeling. There is something about the last line that I don't like. If it were my poem, I would change the last line. But, your poem is awesome!
