Just Curious or Still hangin on?
I read your question history because I could not figure out why or the context of your question. A long explanation then a simple answer:
1.) If a married man does kiss (or make out *omg*) with you then stops or leaves it at that and does not encourage contact; that is called "a self-consciouns intervention (almost of biblical proportion cuz we males do not always think with our brain when affection is being exchanged willingly)" and in my mind a great thing that he stopped. Not so great he started with you in the 1st place, he has to live with the why? and I pray he has shared this with his wife, but that is not for you & I to interfere. Are you hurt he no longer calls or talks to you? If he does not return E-Mails from his work E-Mail that you got from his work, are you prepared to meddle with his career? All over a Kiss? I only say this because you yourself said "it could be nothing more (long story)" and I want you to see maybe he wanted more and something stopped him. There can be nothing there for you even if he did continue the relationship, wouldn't you worry the same fate and infidelity would happen to you? I think you are very lucky to not go thru that. There is nothing but severe emotional drama and baggage in married people, regardless of gender, getting involved with someone else. It is something you do not deserve, need or want in your life. I am recently separated, not from infidelity (I hope) but the separation and hurt of losing trust in a marriage is unbearable, you really do not want that even in your own relationship, let alone someone elses. It is wrong that he let that go to that point, I hope you see that. True love is awaiting you with someone not searching to get away or out of something.
2.) Simple answer to your question: No, I haven't
Best of luck and PEACE this new year to you!

yes, I did. I met her at a bar. At closing time we went out to her car in the parking lot and made out, she starting rubbing my crotch and said she wanted me, but I told her no. She seemed like the clingy type and I didn't want to get sexually involved with that type of woman. I had seen Fatal Attraction one to many times....and I don't like boiled bunny

The same reason why any man makes out with woman, but didn't go all the way. She doesn't let you.

Regardless of what happened past the "making out" you still cheated on your spouse in dishonesty.
One lie generally leads to another.
Respect your spouse as you wish to be respected - and that means on all levels!

he didn't because he could tel from a mile off that this other woman would become clingy and not let go. He doesn't want to marry you.

does making out always have to lead to sex? Besides, that's crossing the line, I better not find out my husband kissed anyone but me, end of disucssion.

Because I had too much to drink, and my friend saved me from doing something that I would regret.
