Try dish soap as it's good with sticky stuff.

Then try rubbing the spot to make it warm and see how much you can get rid of.

Murphys Oil Soap is good but not much different than the dish soap, just oilier

You may be left with dark spots and have to sand the area and refinish.
A total pain, so good luck.

I would call a floor place and ask because if you get bad advice here you may end up making it permanent. Know what I mean??

Some months ago another questioner asked about getting tree sap off his hands. I forget if mayonaise or peanut butter was suggested, but it was one of those. I imagine you could use one of those to remove the sap, then clean it up with soap and water.
