Every night.
I have insomnia. My doctor said it's the worst kind because I fall asleep in seconds, but I can't STAY asleep.
2 to 4 hours of sleep a night for several months now makes for one tired puppy.

Oh yes! I'm usually feeling tired and drowsy when I can't lay down anywhere, like at work for instance. Once I'm home I can't get to sleep. I don't get it.

If you sleep too long, you get just as tired as if you didn't sleep long enough. You are suppose to sleep one hour for every two hours you are awake. Good luck with your problems.
