Well I'm not going by win/loss record. The Raiders are actually an alright team, their defense is mediocre but it's their offense that is plain horrible. The Detroit Lions have the abillity to win games just not a great QB and a bad defense. Also the worst quarterback now is Rex Grossman and Aaron Brooks, The only reason the Bears are in the playoffs is because of their defense on offense they are bad. Aaron Brooks is just a flat out horrible QB, and it's obvious now because look at the Saints after a new draft pick and a new QB change they are in the playoffs.

The raiders...the lions have as bad of a record but they score almost 10 points a game more than the raiders, Detroit is only outscored by about 5 a game and oakland is out scored by about 10 a game...plus Jon Kitna is a hundred times better than whoever the raiders start now, Jones the rb is talented and will be good if he recovers completely from his injury, and roy williams is a great receiver...the lions have hope and something in place to build on...the raiders just need to go away...replace them in the NFL with USC
the worst QB is really hard to judge, because there are other things that factor into a quarterbacks stats than just him, like receivers dropping passes etc...so I'd say probably whoever turns the ball over the most

Worst team is the Oakland Raiders, worst quaterback is Rex Grossman. Thank goodness the bears have a top notch defense, it won't take them far in the playoffs though. Not with a quaterback like that

The Raiders are the worst team and I think Brooks is the worst QB. I cannot think of a time he really looked great.
