virtual villagers : HELP?

how else can i get food? i only have like..3oo berries left.

what should i do? and also, any way i can get tech points faster?

theres not much you can do now what you have to do is get the tech points up so you can get farming level 2 at least so you can farm on that patch of soiled sand and pick all the mushrooms you see and make alot of kids just in case ppl start dying from hunger dont forget to do reseach on plants so they could heal ppl

Put more people on the research table. That is how you get points. You need 6000 to get farming impovements.
