The only way the Bears win is to get the weather that occured in the 1982 AFC Championship game.

Which can still happen...

Still you can't win when your QB is giving the game away --- Turnovers will kill your team in no time.

He was pretty decent the beginning of the season, then started sucking bigtime, then a few weeks ago he seemed to get his feet back under him - then there was last night. Arggggg....

My husband is a huge Bears fan and I'm hoping for the best but they can't get through the playoffs with a quarterback playing for ****. The hubbie is reacting like I did every time I watched Denver w/Jake Plummer at the helm. Every time he threw the ball I held my breath and cringed. You can't win a Super Bowl with no defense and the Bears have one, but you have to at least have an offense that isn't turning the ball over on a regular basis too.

Yes, because of Grossman throwing all those interceptions the Packers got all their points from him, if he had just taken is time he would of never given a interception and the Bears could of won.

i agree 100% with ac stylin, there is no way the bears even gave half of what they've got in that game last night, i've never seen a team NOT try so hard in my life, what is the point of going out there and playing to win, when nothing is gonna change, the bears still get a bye, the packers still aren't getting in, why get your team all banged up during an irrelevant game like that.

Grossman and Griese sucked. way big time. Excuse me how many interceptions between them four. And they are going to the playoff? Poor Erlacher and the rest of the players (that actually know how to play the game). They don't deserve that crap.

His consistency has been lacking all year, but once the playoffs begin, it's a brand new season. I'm sure the coaching staff will impress upon Grossman that he doesn't have to try to win games all by himself. The Bears will go as far as their defense will allow. And they've got a good one.

Who's Grossman? Oh, wait, he's the jerk who throws more completions to the OTHER team than he does his own, right? Well, then, if that's the same Grossman....he sucked as usual.

He's pretty much sucked all year. One game he had a QB rating of 5... do you know you could throw a 10 yard completion and down the ball every time the rest of the game and still have a higher QB rating of 5.. that is how pathetic the man.

O my god, he was terrible. The Bears are not going anywhere in the playoffs with him at the helm.
I was very excited to see Favre win in what may have been his last game. I think he should hang it up and just go out in style so to speak instead of coming back and fighting the injury bug that keeps coming after old QB's like Aikman and Marino and others.
