The cartoons were drawn 6 months before muslims went out murdering people and burning buildings! So did they plot to riot over the cartoons so they could get liberals to enact laws giveing muslims special rights so they could continue their jihad and terrorism with faceing the justice terrorists deserve?

I think that like a lot of things, it didn't get the widespread attention until after 6 months. I suspect that some Muslims saw it, drew it to the attention of others, etc - until it finally came to the attention of various agitators who decided to milk it for whatever publicity they could.

The mark of a true politician (as opposed to a leader) is to find which way the bandwagon is going, then jump aboard and pretend to be steering it. The ones that got the most "credit" in the Muslim community were the ones who appeared to be most outraged.

Saying "let's calm down and examine this rationally" was more likely to get you killed or beaten up than recognized as a calm and thoughtful Muslim leader.

the jihad takes many faces. some violent, some social, some legal. Any action which advances the cause of islam over the rest of the world's religions is a boon to islam. The individual rioters were probably not doing any more than the average US Democrat....just following marching orders and displaying indignation in socially inappropriate ways.
