I don't know if anything is open today but I think everyone has a little bit of cabin fever here . W e stayed in last night . Any ideas?

The movie theater,catch a movie then go out to eat.Or you can always walk the beach,Calif. has awesome weather for that.

Perhaps if many families would begin to find ways to spend time with each other more than so much entertaining our children somewhere - else ....... family could be as it was meant to be.
Seems children nowadays feel it is a burden to be with their own family.
Sad statement!
You have family when you have noone else!
Think thru some things you all could do together from this New Year Day on!

send them out to friends house. or bring friends round.
or you could actually do something WITH your child. why do u NEED her out of the house?
the only places that are open are resturants and pubs

movies, ice skating, shopping at the mall. all kinds of places are open today.
