If another country invaded the USA in order to liberate it from it's corrupt president., built permanent military bases, and installed a powerless puppet government, Would you resist?

We are being invaded, but there are too many stupid liberal Americans who insist that the invaders must be integrated into our society. Secondly, why would the invaders be so stupid as to Build permanent bases. There are plenty of military bases throughout the country. The real challenge would be for the invaders to try taking those bases from the military. Thirdly, all you liberal wackos insit that our government is a puppet to the big corporations and the elite wealthy, so why would the invaders need to install a puppet government, we already have one. Fourthly, you are a coward for even asking a question like this. Abdicating the overthrow of our government is a treasonous offense. If you want there to be change in the government, then run for office. If you hate our country, then get the hell out.

No, I do not think you should have got violated for this answer. That being said, your statement "We are being invaded," is unwise and could be problematic. I do not agree with your opinion, but strongly believe that you, as well all Americans have a right to express your opinions! The problems arise because it is so hard for many people to see things from another person's view. One does not need to agree, just understand.

Why do you call the person a coward for asking this question? They are not the coward, but I question your courage when I read your condemning generalizations of others you disagree with. Personally I think there are some problems with your reasoning. "stupid liberal Americans who insist ...invaders must be integrated into our society..." wasn't that more President Bush's idea? ..... wasn't the point of the question to get Americans to see what we are doing to Iraq????

Sway: My argument is that the will improve to the SCHIP software for the subsequent 5 years are a drop interior the bucket whilst in comparison with the 30% improve in expenses that Bush needs to apply for the conflict in Iraq next 365 days. additionally, Bush might have veto'ed the all the GOP spending charges (2002-2006) wherein 14,000 riders for $25 billion in pork barrel politics have been given to him, yet did no longer. So why is he lamely attempting to act like a economic conservative now, 7 years into his presidency? The cat is already out of the bag and down the line at this element. Bush is going to lose ballot score factors over this stunt. score factors that neither Bush nor the GOP can arise with the money for to lose with the 08 elections looming.

It's your opinion, it's wrong but it's yours. What I find offensive about it is that you believe what you are saying. First off any politician who supports illegal aliens in this country needs to be kicked out of office, that includes our President. No amnesty for illegals. About those military bases, that question is being asked towards us and our building of bases in other countries, you are twisting the question to suit your rant. I agree with you on your third point, our government is a puppet for big business, ever hear about corporate welfare? It makes welfare to Americans seem like petty cash. You sir are just another voice of intolerance and hatred that helps support the notion that Americans are barbarians. In your complaining about liberals never once did I hear you mention the amount of money the republicans are spending on war and killing. I guess that's ok in your book. Pass the debt on to you children and grandchildren, I'm sure they will thank you.

How can liberals insist the illegal aliens be integrated into our society when the President (a conservative) is wanting to do it and the House and Senate (who have been conservative for 10 years until later this year when liberals take over) are the ones that are allowing it?

But for the rest of your speech....someone's just a little bit angry.

It would depend on who was doing the invading and what their true goals were. It's not a matter of hating the country. You can love this country and hate the people running it (and the people blind enough to follow them). This country was founded on rebellion, not the status quo. It is truly American to question authority and it is our duty to keep a watchful eye on those who run our country (and those who influence those who run our country). No human is perfect, not even Americans, so we must always be weary of those who seek out power and it is in our own best interest to remove those who ause that power. Once we have lost the ability to control our own country, then maybe it is time for someone else to step in and help give the power back to the people. That is whats supposed to be going on in Iraq, RIGHT? There couldn't possibly be any other motives keeping us there! (Note: for those of use less cerebrally inclined, that was an example of sarcasm.)

I wish Yahoo Answers had a clearly defined policy on violations. It needs to be more than just complaints. You message is opinionated, and possibly accusatory, and I wonder which one produced the complaint. It would be better if every violation had a clear explaination for the reasons. Otherwise, how can we avoid violations if we don't know why. Respecfully, I hope someone from Yahoo Answers is reading this....

At least you aren't blaming Clinton. This is a definite step in the right direction.

You got violated because the question was bigoted, from a certain point of view. I happen to think you're right, though.

I got a violation for answering this way:

2 points, nerd.

I think people just don't like views that aren't theirs.

No I don't agree with your answer, but I don't think it was a violation either.
