Well, I don't think he has a sink in it, but Garie Sim has a lesson on making a "toilet" from polymer clay for a mini Halloween scene that might give you some ideas:
http://pcpolyzine.com/0209september/toilet01.html (click on all 3 parts!)
http://pcpolyzine.com/0209september/plan.html (the plans)
(...he puts his little scene in a water globe, but that's not necessary of course)

You might want to check out these other pages (at my polymer clay website) on making all kinds of miniatures too... don't think there's a sink, but you could get general ideas for lots of different shapes for minis, including furniture, dishware, etc, etc..:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/miniatures.htm
http://glassattic.com/polymer/houses_structures_gingerbread.htm
http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/kids_beginners.htm
(... click there on "Scenes & Dioramas"...)

...And btw, what kind of "sink" did you have in mind?... just a ceramic bowl-type thing that would fit down into a counter, or a freestanding one on a pedastal, etc.?
And did you want it to be all clay, or mixed media of some kind, or in any particular style?
