I can run 100 m in 20 seconds and I am 15.
Any tips on how to get that down to like 15 seconds?

train hard/keep working at it, get a good coach,equipment, facility and be dedicated to your sport, meaning eat well, get proper amounts of sleep, stay healthy/off drugs.
