What sort of bleeding? How far along might you be? Any pain? Etc, etc.
The odds of carrying to term after bleeding are good but not great -- one estimate I read was 50%.
"Between 20% and 30% of women experience some vaginal bleeding during their first 20 weeks of pregnancy. Up to 10% of women have it in their third trimester. While it is often a normal part of the process of gestation, it may indicate complications. You should report vaginal bleeding to your health-care provider right away."

"Bleeding during pregnancy isn't normal, but it's not unusual either. Nor does it mean that a miscarriage is imminent. Some women may continue to have scant periods during this trimester. In fact, in the general population, some women don't realize they're pregnant until about three months into the pregnancy because of this. Although menstrual cycle changes usually won't be noticed until about weeks 4 and 5, you can spot as early as seven days after conception. This is known as implantation bleeding and is a normal vaginal spotting caused by the formation of new blood vessels, but it's rarely experienced.
It's crucial to note whether any pain accompanies your staining or bleeding. Staining or bleeding with no pain is better news than staining or bleeding with cramps."

I've been cramping and had sore breasts given that about 4 weeks as well and i am 8 weeks now. I additionally started with the morning sickness at about 3.5 weeks, but most people start at about 6 weeks. The waiting is the worst a part of discovering out so early. There is nothing more reassuring than going to your first OB appointment and hearing that heartbeat...Too bad they make you wait perpetually to do it. Anyway, just right luck and congratulations!

If you're bleeding this early on, it would generally indicate that a miscarriage is taking place. If you're not late for your period, and you're bleeding, than obviously you're having a period and are not pregnant.
But there are pleanty of women who didnt know they were pregnant because they had montly bleeding cycles, and ended up with happy fully term babies.

I know people who have bleed (just like a normal period) when they were in their first trimester, and the baby was born full term and healthy. Just in case, I would advice you to contact your doc. to be on the extra safe side.

You do not get a period when you are pregnant.
If you are pregnant and bleeding, then it is bleeding from some other cause. One thing that causes bleeding is a miscarriage.
You could do a home pregnancy test. If it's negative, then fine. If it's positive, you must get medical attention.
