Underneath the rest of your clothes is the traditional way to wear underwear. If you mean in what location/place. anywhere you like!!! It's not a criminal offence to experiment with crossdressing.

if your a man the only place at the moment is sadly a gay bar
the only form of women's underwear that i would like to wear is
- three pairs of thick black opaque tights
i find them comfy, sexy and warm
one day all us men can wear tights in public
- no need for trouser, shorts or skirts with tights!
wish more women would wear tights!

why do you have to ask what you can wear?? ask your mummy when she sets your clothes out for morning to slip a wonderbra and a pair of french knickers in there...sorted..
