Let's say that presidents could serve 3 terms. George Bush runs again for president, but so does a Democratic nominee who seems better and more promising than George Bush. Who would you vote for and why?

I would vote for George Bush because he is a very good president and no Democrat could measure up to Bush on any front.

Nowadays a President can only serve 10 years in office.
So It would be 2 full terms, and if was Vice President and elevated to President could serve only 2 more years.

I'd like the candidate for the Democrats to be Bill Clinton.
(Although I could vote for neither, I'm just a Canadian that would have to watch from the sidelines.)

I can't answer that...it would depend on the person running against GW. Regardless of how I feel about the current president, I would never just vote for whomever for the sake of keeping GW out of office.

Bush. Because even though he has his own faults, the thought of Democrats taking over the country scares the crap out of me. They have no values and don't care about anyone except themselves. Sorry, but Bush is my man for the White House.

Thank God he can't serve as president again, I would vote for Mrs. Clinton, cause she ran the country for eight years in the past! And did a fine job!

I wouldn't vote......because I am considered 'fenced'.......I agree with both sides of the D/R.......Some things that Reps do are freaky, but then again, Democrats have their days too!
