For art class, we have to make up three cartoon characters and biographies, which will later be made into a comic strip.

They must be either people, or animals.
Can someone give me ideas for cartoon plots and characters?
I have absolutely no idea what to do!

Do yourself. Try animating your family or friends. Or, if it has 2 b made-up, go to a cartoonizing website! You can make your own people! Or for animals, try beaver, platypus, dodo, etc. Funny-looking animals do best for cartoons!
