Try the store called Gap. Their shirts are really long, and they have them in plus and slim sizes. You can buy stuff online at www.gap.com. Also try their jeans. They have them in plus and slim sizes too, and they are not expensive. I bought a pair for $7.00! Their sizes are 0-20 for women and XS-XXL for girls. Hope this helps! :)

Shop in the 'tall' section of shirts. Most department stores have it. I've also found A&F shirts to fit well on long waists.

You could try shopping at american eagle outfitters.I had the same problem, until I started shopping there.Their shirts are comfy, and most of them are long fitting.

579... all the shirts there are too long me and i have a short torso... probably abercrombie, i dont shop there but the're into layering, right? so they should have longer shirts for layering purposes....
