Yes you can but if the person taking the test cannot read English how will they be able to read the road signs ie: parking areas restrictions, weight restrictions waiting limits just to mention a few that are all in English, unless in Wales then they are in English & Welsh

I dont know if you can or not but if you cant read English then driving on UK roads is not a good idea and I dont want you on the same road as me.

In my home state there are only certain testing centers with the software to handle other languages. Call ahead first or check online at your state's DMV (dept of motor vehicles).

You could do your theory test in English 'Welsh 'Cornish 'And Scotish .
