I got some pics i downloaded that are really small but when trying to stretch them or increase size in the "edit" option they are blurry or pixelated afterward. Is there any way to resize and still keep the pic looking good?

sometimes if you download something small that has a high resolution you can make it bigger by first changing the resolution to 72 (Standard for monitor viewing), then resizing them.
also i've heard of a filter in photoshop called BLOW UP, which you have to download and install. Don't know how or if it works.
