I really doubt it. They get too many days off in my opinion.

No. There is never mail delivery on new years and there also wont be any mail on January 2 as that has been designated a national day of mourning for President Ford.

Nope. Today is New Year's Day. They won't run tomorrow either, with President Bush's declaration of a day of mourning for President Ford.
