You dont. Theres absolutely no pregnancy symptoms that are any different than PMS symptoms, and you can develop new ones and to new severities at any time.

Unless you have blood work done, or wait until you're late and take a urine test, then there just isnt a way of knowing for sure.

What do you mean? Starting your period for the first time, or just when it's going to come during the month?

If you are wondering when you'll start your period for the first time, it usually comes between the ages 9-16. Your breasts will start to grow and you will get hair in your private area and under your arms.

During the first 2 years, your period will be irregular. It might come in 28 days from the last or 42 from the last. Usually it comes every 28-31 days.

Ask your mom about the pregnancy thing.

well if you want to know if your pregnant you will have to go to the doctor to find out. there is a lot of places to get a pregnant testing free if you don't have insurance and far as starting your period every person is not the same so if and when you start your period try to notice the signs, cramps or bloating or what ever you feel to recognize when its coming.
