If it's only power would be to get the human mind to stop asking such stupid questions I would.

If there was an utter powerless god, how would I be aware of this god's existence? If you are proposing a creator god, who no longer has an interventionist power - a god who created the world but now has no more power over it, then I would honour that god as creator and try to be thankful for all that god created. My prayer would be to try and become closer to the part of that god that dwells within me. And no, prayer is not necessarily borne out of fear - no more than respecting you parents is borne out of fear. So, worshipping such a god would be as relevant as worshipping any other conception of god.

An interesting Q, even for those who don't believe.
IF such a diety exists, and I'm not stating one doesn't ( I just have no cncrete proof) THEN might not you believe that YOUR GOD vests in YOU, "The Power"???
An abstract analogy: I offer a child a book. That Book offers a certain level of power. HOW might I control how that POWER manifests, unless I Command the HOW?
With no offense, "LUKE,,,The "Force" is with YOU."

Why would you want to worship anything? Especially something powerless?
GOD IS WITHIN YOU
Worship yourself

Do you mean "utterly" powerless god? If so, my answer is that I would never do so with any measure of witting intentionality.
