The best way is to screw the plywood sheets into the floor joists from the topside.

There are a couple of methods of fixing them from the bottom too. One way you can take shims that you buy at any hardware store, and put glue on them. Insert the shims between the floor joists and the plywood where it squeeks. Then, install a block of wood behind the shim so that it doesn't slide back out and screw it into the joist.

You can cross brace the floor joists with 2x10 or 2x8 from the underside.

Another method to fix it from the underside is put a screw through the floor joist and then into the plywood from an angle. This can be kind of tricky because if you run the screw though too far it will pop up from the floor on the top side.

By identifying the exact location of the squeak, you can either insert a screw diagonally through the floor joist into the above flooring to draw down the gap or drive a small wedge in between the floor joist and flooring to have the same effect.Be careful of the screw length in order to not protrude through the flooring but long enough to secure the flooring snugly to the joist.
Hope this helps...let me know.

Floors squeak because the joists the floor rests on is loose.
If you install braces every 4 to 6 feet along the span the problem should silence itself. The easiest way to brace the floor joists is with 2x4, or 2x6 pieces that span from joist to joist. If you use 2x4 you probably wont have a problem with wiring, or plumbing.

The reason the floor squeaks is that parts are moving. If you have access, you can stablize the floor by screwing supports into the joists . . . or if you have wood floors above, you can lube the moving parts by sprinkling baby powder on the boards . . . jumping up and down to work it in, and cleaning up the rest. Not a long term solution, but it works for a while.
