OMG - XBOX help please!?

I think my 3 year old just deleted everything on the xbox b/c there was no disk and now it says something like 50k of 50k memory available... my 13 year old is gonna flip! Did he just delete all the saved games? How can I tell, I don't know how to see what's still saved on there. If he did how can I keep him from HATING his little brother?!

its allways supposed to say 50 kilobytes of info here go to system then to memory and check if theyeres any saved games
