A slice of life, most of us don't want to go to court but we enjoy seeing silly people being skewered and made seem foolish for their bad and wrong conduct.

In the case of Judge Judy I think people watch because they enjoy watching people on the hot seat being humiliated. Judge Judy thinks she's so clever and is so pleased with herself! Also, what seem to be common sence legal issues with common people are like a trivia game. There's drama that anyone can identify with.

I watch Judge Judy because she doesn't let people get away with anything, she's a pretty good judge of character.

I like people's court and judge mathis its just better to watch on TV then go to actually court. I'm not sure why but I just like shows like that. Its better than watching Maury to see who the father is all the time. You actually learn something from the court shows believe it or not.

Its fun to hear the crazy stories some people have and to see how they act. Watching the judges and how they deal with the people is my favorite part. I like Judge Hatchett and Judge Maybelline but they replaced her with Botox Barbie.
