Hey Bubba, try typing her name in and doing a yahoo search or a google search, then try anywho.com, then try zabasearch.com, then try peoplesearch.com. Read your joint tennant documents and see if you have her social security number. If you have that you can go into you local social security office and request contact information for legal resolutions. If they tell you that she is deceased, then you can request state and county of death, and you can contact that county's medical examiner and request a copy of her death certificate for legal purposes. If she is still alive you can contact her and negotiate a title settlement. Good Luck!

But you do not know if she is dead. Now that's were the problem starts!! There must be a way to find out the answer, I hope someone out there can help you find a data base to get your answer. Bottom line, find out where she is and clear this up!

You have to contact the Bureau of Statistics in Florida - the same place that supplies birth certificates - they will get you a death certificate.

If she is really passed away, then they will have a death certificate on file for her.

I think that's the name of the place...

if it's property rights you're worried about you just need to do a quiet title action on the property and have that go through the courts, that will put only your name on the deed.

just because someone left you can't have them declared dead. people live well beyond 74. she probably just left you and went on her marry way. i would start by calling whatever company or bank that handled your lease or whatever you have.

Check the voting records. If she voted for Bush, it was probably voter fraud which means she's dead. If she didn't vote for bush or not at all, just call city hall, they could tell you, death notices are public records.
