Why do mexicans listen to tejano till 3 in the morning?

Mexicans aren't the only one's, I have Blacks on the east side of me playin' that boom, boom music, and the whites on the southwest side of me playing' loud rock,and metal, I personally play country at my house, it's a good thing I like music!!!
