I have had a lot of these sent to me by e mail but my sons have told me they are a con and not to open them

The email that you received will have also been sent to 1000s of other 'exclusive' jackpot winners. These scammers make their money by charging admin fees etc. Avoid at all costs. They are against the law and I suggest you forward the email to your email providers abuse section, to close the account.

As a rule, if you didnt enter it, you cant win it. Most are scams especially if they ask you for bank details, money upfront, 'administration fees' etc, or any personal details.
If you get them, Trading Standards can tell you if its one they are aware of, and you should report it to them.
I know a woman who shelled out £600 on one of these and didnt get a penny of her 'prize'.
