i should have rights we are looking in too a company too save our home it is lewis migation has any body heard of these people/they work with your mortage company when they wont listen too you. we would of never got behind if we wouldnt of had too fix all these problems at once gaslines /furnace waterheater

I don't know anything about lewis migation in particular. However, I remember seeing on the news about companys that pretend to help ppl. who are about to lose their homes, but actually take their homes out from underneath them. I think the ppl. signed papers saying they could act in their benefit, but in reality, they gave them their homes. Just be careful and have an attorney read everything before you sign it.

They aren't going to help "save" your home. They are setting you up to take it from you.
There is no such thing as the mortgage company "not listening" to you.
You need to contact the loss mitigation department for your lender, and not the people who answer the phone when you call customer service.
