babysitting, mowing lawns, housecleaning for your parents, your family or others.
You really don't need expensive things to live, and you don't need expensive things, period. Those usually come when you are older.
Be patient.
Pick a great career, and go to college and study hard.
If you want expensive things, that is what it will take.
Good luck.

Please stay away from CashCreate, Treasure Trooper and other survey Web sites.
It is a waste of time and will cause you unhappiness.
If you choose to be suckered in and sign up to take surveys and receive, free trials considered you were warned. The minute you give them your credit card and personal information you have now opened your computer to unwanted cookies on your hard drive, annoying pop-up windows and if you are on a PC you open your computer to viruses that can wipe you out.
A lot of work to collect the "reward payments" that payout is not worth the effort over time. You will need to sign up for many types of offers, most of which require you to use a credit card. You start a week trial service with varies types of businesses or services, such as, an Internet service provider, book club, credit monitoring service, etc. to get your reward. If you don't cancel the trial, you end up being charged for the service and each service has different rules about how and when you can cancel. Very cumbersome!
Since you will need to sign up for at least a dozen offers before you get to $100 in rewards, it's very easy to forget what you have signed up for, or the problems you will have canceling in time to to be charged the full amount. The Cash Create recruiters you see here over exaggerate how much money you can earn because once you've done the high-dollar trials ($8-10 each), you are left with small rewards of a dollar or two. The survey business is not an efficient way to make money and you are more than likely to loose money in the end.

Kinda awkward question, since I have no idea how old you are...
I mean there's the old standard of baby sitting if you're really young...
And if you're a college aged person, you should be able to get a clerical position through a temp agency.
And there's the oldest profession if you want to go there... $50 to $100 an hour is better than I generally make.
I'd suggest, especially if you're young - just going with the basics... baby sitting, paper delivery... and talking with the parents about needing to learn about money... getting a decent allowance to learn how to manage your own money...
Wish I knew ages here.

many would suggest to use your body in some way or other. But never be so much cheap. If you can not earn the money legally and honestly doing a job then what is the need to die for the expensive things. It is the root cause of corruption or prostitution. WHY THE HELL YOU CAN NOT BE CONTENT WITH WHAT EVER YOU HAVE. AFTER ALL YOU YOURSELF IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE - for yourself, your family and would be husband and all that...

Let's see ... there are a "few expensive things I want but I don't have" a job. I'm just guessing here, but I think you have a problem living within your budget. Learn to control your spending now and learn to be happy with what you have until you can afford to buy better things, or you will have financial problems for your entire life!

Well, babysitting is the old fallback. The best way to get into it is to have your parents advertise for you. This way they can use their reputation to help get you the sitting jobs, and you're not just some strange girl asking to watch people's kids. It's very hard though.

the best way to get money is to go around to garage sales, buy cheap things that do cost alot and put them on ebay. A friend of mine makes over 700 a month doing this on ebay.

The best way is to do odd and end jobs to get money. Babsitting is one way....you can rake leaves in the fall for your neighbors. If you live in a cold climate you can go door to door and offer to shovel driveways. I live in CT and that's how I got my extra money! People will pay lots of $ not to have to do it themselves!

Babysitting (Young women are in demand), put up signs offering your services such as getting groceries for homebound or disabled/injured people, pet sitting/walking, shoveling snow/mowing lawns, gardening, house cleaning, etc. It means getting your name and face out there in your community, and you get to make cash that's tax-free. But screen potential employers carefully.

If my guess is correct, you're 11 years old. Not much there for a kid that age other than babysitting kids (or possibly PETS). Maybe a little yard type work.
