There are two I need help with the names:
One is about 2 best friend boys, and one of the boys has to move because his mom is poor, and there is this mean man, and one night they sneak into his house and he is sleeping, and he wakes up and they hide in the bath tub. Then later they get rich,(I don't remember how, but they boys found something form the man) then the boys win awards, and the mom buy a pretty house in the end, and the boy doesnt move.
The Second one:
Alll i really remember is a girls brother died on her birthday, and she was mad at her brothers girlfriend, and the girlfriend thought that the girl blamed her for the death because the brother went to see the girlfriend, and not the sister, and at night she hears a tree hitting her window, and it sound like a heart beat.

I can't remember the beginning of the movie I'm thinking of, but when the boys got rich did they find an old briefcase with cash in it, like in an attic or something? Because when you mentioned that it made me think of that movie.. I can't remember the name either, but I'll try to find it.
