my X and i had arelationship for about 4 years.we broke off cos he had an affair with my own sis.it's been nearly to 3years. i've found a very good guy and we were countinuing for past 2 years. but still i think of my X. i still love him. i mail him every week, i cant keep him away from my mind. he's living with my sis yet. the thing is i really wanna be true to my boy friend. and i'm totally messed up by thinking of this. what am i suppose to do? if to forget him how am i gonna do it? plz try to help me. it's not easy for me

You need to drop this obsession or your going to lose your boyfriend! He made the choice to be with your sister and that should have been the end!

It will be hard not to see him, cause he is going out with your sister, I think that it is wrong for her to be going out with him, I mean she is your blood and she shouldn't be doing that to you. If you feal the same as I do, as I think you should, you should let her know how you feel. Stop all comuntication with him, I mean you are going to say high and stuff like that, but try and keep it on a level where you know your not having feelings for him, just know that what your sister and ex did is wrong, and though you cant x your sister out, def try and forget him, if , and i say if they get married, just know that he will do the same thing again, its just a matter of time, and if he doesn't cheat on her, just remember and try to not have feelings, it is possible you just have to watch what you say, and do very closly,

it's normal to think about him. obviously you still have feelings for the guy so you can't really help but think about him. i have ex's that i still think about. not that a care about them "like that" anymore, but i just wonder what they are doing or how they are doing. however, you are in a relationship with someone else right now. if you really want to get over your feelings for the ex you have to completely put him out of your mind. the first thing you need to do is stop mailing him. don't call, mail, drive by his house, nothing. it takes time, but the thoughts will go away. in the mean time, you need to think if you really want to be in the relationship you are in now. you're not emotionally ready to be in a relationship with someone and it isn't fair to either one of you.

ok look you need to let it go , he's trash and no good for you , remind ur self that ur worth more than that , sometimes we forget but the important thing is to get closure on the situation, thats prob why you can't let go and by the way ur sister sounds like a tramp what is going on in the world today when u have to watch out for ur own sister?

Because you did not deal with the pain of the first relationship before getting into another one. Time alone does not heal. You have not gotten to the point of closure with the first and thus you are robbing your current guy of all that you could be giving him.

well imma tell u this you not gon' get over him coz if u been wit sumbody 4 4yrs. you now them inside out that enough to love sumbody 4 ever. Just try your hardest to stick to the one you got now cuz like u said he loves and if your x-b really loved you he wouldn't have cheated on you from the get go especially with yo sister!!See thats whats wrong with ou females we all caught up with the bad men and not paying attention to the better ones in front of our eyes.

It won't be easy to forget him especially if he's living with your sister. All I know is any real man wouldn't have cheated on you with someone in your family. He's obviously a loser.
