Sorry I can't help but I'll be keeping my eye on this one - when I scroll my mouse wheel just ONE click, the screen JUMPS!

FIVE TIMES!! (moving a few 'lines' each time)

To Gordon B & Colin M - I am not pressing down on the wheel, just rolling it one click.

If you press the scroll wheel (its also a button) the cursor changes to show a two headed arrow and a circle. When this happens it automatically scrolls depending on the direction that you move the cursor, if the cursor is above the circle it scrolls up, below the circle it scrolls down. To stop this just press the scrollwheel again or press any other mouse button.

to prevent this just roll the scrollwheel without pressing down on it

Yep, Gordon's got it.

For the benefit of Franja and anyone else wondering, go into Control Panel - Printers & Other Hardware - Mouse and select the "Wheel" tab to adjust how many lines it jumps.

merely circulate mouse onto lifeless component of important internet site and L click. there is no longer something incorrect, some pages do it others don`t. To tutor the element, it happens for all time with Google Earth once you're turning the earth. in case you initiate it spinning it is going to shop on until you L click on it.
