I saw a special on her by E, and she seemed fairly level headed. She seeme nice. The news media loves to make people look bad.

i cant tell you that hillary duff is a nice person or not because i dont know her personally !! in my opinion she's a very good actor!

I wouldn't know personally, because i never met her, but i think she is. her mother raised her and Haylie well.... and she doesn't have "horse" teeth anymore! she's starting to gain a little bit of her weight back.... If you ever watched any of her movies, or saw her in an interview, she is never rude to anyone, and if you watched " Hilary Duff: Revealed" on E! news, you would know... but to answer your question, yes, Hilary Duff is a nice person... i get to meet her this summer/spring;)

She probably is a nice person because involved with alot of charities and animal rights, and has donated more than 2.5 million to the Katrina Victims.

I have met her, and she's super nice. She doesn't act like she's better than anyone, and she's a really good tipper. The only celeberty I've met who is sweeter than Hillary is Britney Spears. No joke. They are both incredibly sweet and generous people.

we can't really answer that as most of us (99.999%) havent seen her, if someone says they have chances are they probably haven't. We dont really know what she is like in real life. i think she is a great actor and shes really pretty too. i think she is a nice person? but i dont know because a lot of celebs are bitches and i havent met her so i can tell you.

her best friend goes to my school and people say that she does coke and is really really rude but i wouldn't know. she seems like a nice grounded person.
