yes ponds sell these towelettes that are especially for washing your face without using any water. you just wipe your face and your ready. you can also use water to rinse off after if you want to. they sell them at your local pharmacy.

Yeah, the moistened towelettes really work. Sometimes I'm too tired to come home and wash my face, too. Just keep these by the sink so you can wipe off makeup and grime before falling into bed. I get mine at Walgreen's.

are you kidding ? cetaphill is what some ppl use when there not near a sink or have bad skin issues , but I don't recommend not using water, water is good for you

cetaphil can be used with or without water. it gives directions on the back of the bottle. i think you just apply a liberal amount and wipe off the excess with toilet paper or something.

You could try a mask... but you have to use water.
