well it depends on the concentration of the chemicals and how you come into contact with them, how quickly they kill, household bleach will kill you if you drink a lot of it, VX gas kills within seconds, hydrocloric and sulfuric acids even in moderate concentrations will kill you if you drink them, cyanide, will kill even in small dosages, arsenic has been used for centuries to poision people, hell alcohol kills a lot of people every year, but the deadliest chemical in the world (kills more people per year than any other) is water, go figure...

Try to find items that have extremely small values for "LD50" This is the amount that will kill a person 50% of the time.

Botulism toxin, ricin and sarin are three candidates.

You have some leeway. Sarin is a nerve gas, if a droplet gets on your skin, death is in a few minutes. Botulism needs a lot less material, but must be ingested.

Here is a good list from CDC. As others have said, it depends on amount, exposure, and the person being exposed. This list doesn't include things like snake venom and similar agents which are "natural" and "organic", mainly because they never exist in large quantities and are hard to make.
