Officially, I doubt it, though I would not know for sure. Casually, it really depends upon the opponent. Of course, a lot of tickling can occur inadvertently during wrestling, shirtless or otherwise, so that that might provide a certain amount of cover. But if you were deliberately to tickle someone who really disliked it while you were wrestling, you might not find that opponent quite so ready to wrestle in future, which could be a less than desirable outcome. I wonder about the barefoot part, as I'm not sure why tickling an opponent's feet or foot would do one any good.

how about for women shirtless! OOLALA!!! ya its all fair u gotta do whatcha gotta do but ur not supposed to let ur opponent have fun when i wrestle i make my opponent as miserable as possible and beleive me they suffer!

Tickling isn't a part of wrestling ... you'll get a reputation for being less that a 'Manley' wrestler ... not good! Next thing you know, you'll want to wrestle wearing a pink Tutu!
