I am trying to find a website where I can download Pac-Mania and
Pac-Man VR, PC version. Prefferably Free, if possible, But if not, then that's fine too. Can anyone help?

If you know anything about Mame, you might be able to find a ROM of the games you want to play and use Mame to play them on your PC. Here is a link to some Mame emulators with Pac Man ROMS:

in no way heard of pixie frogs yet I consistently needed a pacman frog! call it om nom on my behalf (after shrink the rope as they devour each little thing aha). If pixie frogs get as massive as you're saying they do, then the vivarium and food will fee extra.
