Well, you really can't pick between the 3. If it wasn't for The Simpsons, There probably wouldn't be a Family Guy or South Park. They each have there own kind of comedy style as well.
The Simspsons are funny, yet original.
Family Guy makes fun of world events and stretches it to where they are very unique.
South Park just grabs the world events by the jugular and tears into it.
But If I had to decide over which it could be right now, I would say Family Guy.

The Simpsons needs to just go off they are running out of jokes. South Park is just stupid how many times can you kill Kenny and expect it to still be funny. The Family Guy is the most entertaining out now along with American Dad with has the potential to be even better than them all.
