here is what i do, and it works:
-start off with eyeliner, i use black, but brown works too. you should apply more to the outside corner of you eyelid, and gradually fade as you get closer in. a good thought is, if there is eyelashes, ther should be liner behind them
-then apply mascara, again, any shade of black. there are crazy colors like red and blue, dont get these. very tacky.
-then apply any concealer you need...concealer is my best friend, look into buying a good one
-then apply foundation. i, personally dont use liquid foundation, just powder, but if you use both, liquid comes first.
-then the powder. be sure you dont use too much. what i do is swirl a brush and tap 3 times, what ever is left on my brush is what i use on each section of my face. once you blend it end well, go back a buff it(go around your face in circular motions)
-then the blush, really it depends on your personal preference, but the most natural shade is a light pink. DO NOT OVERDO IT!! i use little to no blush. one swipe with a brush, and i make sure i rum it in thouroly
-after all that, go back through with a clean brush and buff again
-if you want eyeshadow, go with light colors. i find that cream/beige colors work good. again, dont overdo it. i always make sure i can only see the shadow if i get close to a mirror and shut my eyes.
hope this has helped you out! its what i do, and it works!!

if you want a neutral look, try applying a very light beige/flesh color on your full lid....then along your smaller lid and slightly above, sweep with a slightly darker beige/taupe color...then the outer area of the eye, make a v formation somewhat with a dark color the point being directly above the outer edge of your eye. Then add a little liner and mascara and you're done!
I would go to a makeup counter....they'll do the same thing I just mentioned but you will actually get to see what i'm talking about...might help you.
Good luck and happy new year...

It's simple.
1. powder foundation, it's light and natural feeling and it covers more efficiently.
2. use bronzer. Brush it on the apples of your cheeks and take it all the way to your hair line on the side of your head. Be sure to blend thoroughly so the bronzer isn't the first thing people notice.
3. Eyeliner across the line of your upper and lower lashes, and always macara. Use illuminatin eye shadow in a very sublte color.
4. Use a pale color of lip gloss no liner.

For a natural look use powder and not foundation, mascara, maybe eyeliner, and brown or pink tones of eye shadow if you'd like. Lip gloss automatically makes you look more elegant. Just don't use a lot of color to keep it simple.

Well since you are young you can keep it simple without putting on too much , start with concealer dot it on ur spot use your ring finger to spread it evenly , then put on your foundation , if you have the shimmering face compact you may use it =)
Now for your eyes , keep it simple with just gold shades of eyeshadow , but if you want to glam it up use sliver eyeshadow too , highlight your brow bone with gold eye shadow
Now for the eyeliner , either use black or gold ,sliver , gently pull down your lower eyelid to apply , do not apply the whole rim of you'll end up looking too 'fierce'
Finish the eyes up with a clean sweep of mascara , then use teh curler to prim it up !
For the lips I recommend a pink tinted lipgloss to keep it fresh
Hope this advice is useful to you!Good luck!

since ur Asian black liquid eyeliner looks really pretty and accentuates ur eyes. if u do a defined swooshed it looks very classic. if u want to wear eyeshadow do a light shimmery color. for ur lips just use nude lipgloss. use lots of facial moisturizer to get a dewy look! u will look gorgeous.

try using a colour called Ivory or Porcelin for foundation
These are gorgeous shades that aren't too heavy or dark for asian skin

i'm 14 too! okay, so i use just a LITTLE bit of eyeliner and mascara. you can have a little dusting of eye shadow and blush too. don't use pink or red colors. stay closer to your skin tones.
