well I'm thirteen, and i certainly don't listen to "clean" songs all of the time, but there are a lot of good ones that are clean.
How to Save a Life by The Fray
All These Things That I've Done by The Killers(does the band name make them unclean?)
Crazy by Gnarls Barkley
Irreplaceable by Beyonce
Where is the Love? by BEP
She Will by Loved by Maroon Five
Chariot by Gavin DeGraw
Everything is Alright by Motion City Soundtrack (a couple "medication" references, but no cursing/swearing/cussing)
King Without a Crown by Matisyahu (this is actually a religious song)
Rich Girl by Gwen Stefani
Sugar, We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy (well a couple gun-ish references, but again no cursing/swearing/cussing)
It Ends Tonight by the All-American Rejects
Show Stopper by Danity Kane
Hips Don't Lie by Shakira (La Tortura also b/c it's mostly in Spanish)
Who I am Hates Who I've Been by Relient k (which is supposed to be a Christian band but the song really has no references to religion at all, go figure)
The Middle by Jimmy Eat World
Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield
good luck

I would say a lot of it depends on what type of music they are into.
Rap - For this area I would go with Christian rappers like Grits or Tobymac. Not all of their songs are about God or very worship filled, and they have a great beat and rhythm.
Rock - Some of Nickelback's songs, but not all, would be suitable. Also, the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus would be good. They are kind of a screamo band but not really. They have one song that I can think of off the top of my head that curses and that song is called "Damn Regret" otherwise the album is very clean. Much of Fall Out Boy's collection is clean too if the kids can't deciper the deeper meanings.
Pop - Much of today's popular music would be suitable. Anything by Jojo, Stacie Orrico, Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, that whole genre. Select songs by Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Mariah Carey may also be ok. A good favorite for upbeat pop music would be Hellogoodbye. They are an amazing band of guys who just want to make fun corny music. I would definitely look into their music for your kids.
A lot of it is up to your discretion, but that is some things I can think of off the top of my head.

There are a whole lot of songs that don't talk about sexual types of things but that doesn't make them clean songs for kids of that age. You need to actually listen to the songs and determine if they are for your kids or not. My kids ( age's 8 and 10 ) love the All American Rejects and My Chemical Romance but that doesn't mean you will find it right for your kids.
