You got a phenomenal deal. I mean TERRIBLE deal... I'll give you $75 for it. No? Oh well... I tried.

You can usually find replacement LCDs on the Internet for around $200-350 depending on the model and the quality. I've never dealt with them personally, but www.lcds4less.com has a few Toshiba models. www.agpartsworldwide.com sells them as well. Look around and try to find the best price.

Replacing it yourself isn't that hard. Visit the following link for instructions on how to remove the LCD and replace it yourself. It also has information about replacing the FL inverter if you need to do so (though you probably don't).

Yep - you got a great deal! I would suggest looking on eBay for a new screen. If you can't find it there, look around at other online computer stores. Many sell parts for laptops at reasonable prices. Way to go!!!
