Is a powerhead too strong for a puffer?

Question

I have a 20 gal tank and I'm wondering if adding a power head to add some water flow will be too strong and actually disturb the puffers (I have 4)?

I read on a blog that a power head can actually suck a puffer and get it stuck! Also, sometime when my puffers aren't paying attention, they'll get temporary stuck on the filter (it's a pretty weak filter).

i dont think so, freshwater puffers are use to strong currnet as they have a helicopter kind of swimming pattern, try it out first
