Cut down carbohydrates, eat more raw food like salads instead of spicy or oily ones.Drink a lot of water say 10 glasses atleast everyday.Cut down the full cream milk.Take a glass of lukewarm water every morning with a taespoonful of lemon juice and honey.

Exercise 3 or 4 days a week,if possible everyday.Even walking helps-take the stairs to go up and down, walk down the street to the grocerystore instead of biking-such small thinks also count.

There is no easy way,but here is something that will help you along the way. You'll stay healthy and lose weight.

1. 1st rule!! Food in Food out! Eat lots of foods that cause you to use the toilet. Like Bran, Cereal, broccoli, spinach, greens, celery, etc. The more you poop the better

2. Liquids make you full and are really satisfying.
Soups are very low call and come in tons of flavors.

3. Stay away from SUGAR, MEAT( eat chicken or fish like once a week), FRIED FOODS, ANYWHERE THAT HAS A DRIVE THRU!

4. Never Never Never Never eat until you are full! Eat your meal, then wait around 30min, then if you are still hungry, drink water, diet drinks and soup. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER LET YOURSELF GET HUNGARY. YOU WILL EAT THE FASTEST AND CLOSEST THING!

5. If you have a craving for something like pizza or Buffalo wings, etc. Eat it because you will over eat everything else to compensate for this craving(Simply remind yourself that you need to cut back on 3 things this week to make up for it). Don't listen to that crap about "have one off day or a day where in you can eat whatever" DON'T Do THIS it's like throwing gas on a fire"

6. Take time to go the grocery store to find foods to substitute for your craving foods. For example, I love buffalo wings, but that they are fatty as hell. So there's a Tofu substitute that taste so good, and with a fraction of the fat and calories. Take about 3 hrs, to do this. Don't bore yourself find stuff that you really like.

7. IGNORE ALL THIS TRENDY CRAP!!!! I've lived all over the world and only in America can you find fat free, light this, carb free that, and yet everyone is still fat as hell. It's simply marketing for idiots. GO LOW CAL,GO LOW CARB,GO SUGAR FREE,GO LOWFAT, this all CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP! Eat what you like just not as often and not as much. If you like pasta eat a bowl once per week for breakfast(consume most of your calories early this way you are more likely to burn them off, even in just a casual day)

8. Learn your trigger foods, foods that may start you to bing. Mine is anything salty, this leads to want sweet, then on and on...

9. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO BEER! LAGER!ALE! Red wine is ok, 2 glasses per night is actually ok, and clear spirites like Vodka. becareful though they can stimulate hunger.

inally, DON"T GIVE UP! IF YOU HAVE A BAD DAY,JUST START ALL OVER THE NEXT DAY! You going for the long term not short term. Remember you're doing this for your INSIDES, and your Outside just happens to be a by product.

G'Luck, Be safe, and Happy New Year

Daily eating habits are crucial to weight control. We don't become overweight because we have the occasional eating binge. The extra calories we eat on these occasions do less damage than we think. The truth is, we gain weight because of our daily eating habits. It is these daily high-calorie food choices that do the real damage. So one way to reduce weight is to choose lower-calorie foods for your everyday meals or snacks.

2.)Exercise more.
3.)eat fruit and veg when you feel like you want to snack.
