if you have an antispy program you can probably set it to scan for tracking cookies

Click on Start/search/all files and folders, then type in 'cookies' and click Search. It will pull up the cookies file, and probably several the first time you do it. Open the files till you find the one with all the cookies, and create a shortcut to your desktop for THAT file. Then when you are ready to end a PC session, you can easily go to the cookie file and delete the cookies you don't want.

Where are my cookies?

The proverbial cookie jar can usually be found somewhere in your browser's files. Doing a quick search for “cookies” will usually give you the file containing these little treats. Cookies can be opened with a regular text program, Notepad will do.
