I don't know about the process but I do know that a lot of American families are getting hurt by corporations doing the outsourcing. For example, my brother-in-law has worked for Chase Bank for over 20 years and was laid off just before Christmas because his job was outsourced to India by Chase. I think that when people find out what companies are doing this they should boycott them until their business is brought back home. That is my perspective and that's what I'm doing. My accounts are no longer with Chase Bank I am doing my best to influence anyone that I can to move their accounts from Chase Bank.
