Well, since you're not fat and don't have "man boobs" as you call them you're already a step ahead of the game. LOTS of sit ups as well as a lot of cardio to burn whatever fat is left and give some definition to those abs.
Try variations on a common sit up. You can do it lying on one of those giant "exercise balls". For whatever reason, keeping your back off the ground makes it more difficult for your abs to pull which gives them a better work out. You can also try doing sit ups holding a relatively light weight against your chest, or using a variety of ab-machines (not those that you see on infomercials except maybe the ablounger, but those you find in gym) which usually have variable weight levels to help tone specific parts of your abs.
Watch what you eat and lay off the alcohol and other high-cal things. You can have AMAZING abs, but if they're burried under fat, no one's gonna see them and i'tll still look like you have a keg.
Most of all have patience; you're not gonna get a six pack over night; it takes A LOT of hard work. Stick with whatever regimen you develop and don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away.

I think, you should be focus on foods buddy. Stay away from fat food run at least 4 times a week for 3 miles each time u run. Start it to do sit up every other day and you must lift weight in order to burn fat. THAT IS MUST!. good luck

crunches and sit ups = 6 pack
litterally 100's per day for months. like any muscle in the body....it does not develop over night but takes time.

If you do the crunches from in inverted position, it's a harder workout. by inverted I mean with your feet up, it's harder to do. Harder work, better results.
