Lankan Flash is a fairly solid test, and since you took both that result is the most accurate there. However, I think it uses the Cattell scale, or SD 24, which isn't as common as SD 16.
So as a standard score that's about 138! You could try out for Mensa.
I'm not POSITIVE that's it's cattell scale, but my scores, when scaled back to SD 16 correspond exactly to my real IQ.
As for further evidence of the cattell scale, it's ceiling is over 200, so as such it HAS to be scaled to SD 24.

135 iqtest.com is the most recognised of all of these to be accurate (I got 192)

They're not normed to WAIS-III or Stanford-Binet, so nobody will be able to estimate with reliability. They're just for fun.
