He's not overweight in any way. But I'm really attracted to guys that have some muscle.

You obviously don't love him that much if you are that superficial about him. That is really shallow. REALLY shallow. Are you making an effort to get all trim for him as well? or is this a one sided street?

Tell him you want company when you go. he'll see other men(with more muscle) working out and want to do the same to impress you. tell him he looks sexy when he lifts weights or give him great sex when you get back while he's still sweaty. After a few times tell him how strong he's gotton and how his strong arms feel so good wrapped around you and you feel so protected. Getting to his ego will do it,then he'll want to go on his own.

Have you offered to work out with him? Tell him you think it will help him to stay healthy in the long run. A little exercise never hurt anyone.

Maybe hire a trainer that will work with both of you. Working out together helps make both of you feel better and when you feel better you want to do fun things together... that's how I get my husband to go.

Offer to go with him...it's always more fun to have a workout buddy and if you want to see him a bit more defined, I'm sure he wouldn't mind seeing you toned/tightened either...

Make it your goal as a couple to become more fit and fabulous...

you can tell him that you would love it if he gained muscle...

but in return if he wants to to either loose a few pounds or gain a few pounds, you have to do it without getting angry, for thats how he feels about this situation

Tell him for every hour he spends with you at the gym....you will spend an hour wearing anything he wants you to, including your birthday suit.

Well if he was like he is now when you got with him, then why are you trying to change him. If its that important, give him some sexual gift if he goes, but i just don't understand why alot of women especially, no offense, get with a man and then try and change him .

join the gym by yourself... then tell your husband ALL ABOUT your new MALE personal trainer. He'll go crazy.

Go with him, make it a thing for both of you to join up and make yourselves better. It would be unfair to expect him to go and you do not join yourself.
